Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Video Shows off the New Technology

We got a nice preview of some of the many different future tech that Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare would be employing by way of the gameplay trailer during Microsoft’s E3 conference. Multiple things were showcased, like swap-grenades, jetpacks, and a futuristic looking EMP. Now, with the release of a recent new trailer, developer Sledgehammer Games runs over some more of the high-tech gadgets we’ll be using. The trailer has bits of gameplay sprinkled throughout.

Some new gadgets include an exoskeletal armor that beefs up the player’s speed, jump height, and power. Short and simple, it’s like a power suit. This exo suit also comes equipped with an ability known as Overdrive (not the FFX kind!). Think of Overdrive like a bullet time for your character, where you move fast and everything around you I slow. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will be bringing its futuristic self to us on November 4th of this year for PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3, and Xbox 360.
