343 Industries have delivered a host of new details on Halo 3: ODST for Xbox One, part of the Halo: The Master Chief Collection. In addition to a teaser screenshot, the studio has announced that Halo 3: ODST will be coming free of charge for players that owned their copy of The Master Chief Collection prior to December 19th, later adopters will likely need to shell out for it as paid DLC. Also, new screenshots have been posted for the Halo 2: Anniversary map Relic, which has received a massive overhaul for the next gen console.

The Halo: Master Chief Collection has had a rocky release following its debut roughly four months ago, with technical difficulty and bugs marring the experience in addition to online matchmaking being all but unavailable entirely, 343 Industries has worked tirelessly to improve and fix the game to bring it up to the expectation fans of the genre-defining shooter have expected. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is available now on Xbox One.
