A new teaser for Far Cry 5 has been released. This new trailer doesn’t reveal any new gameplay, but it does hint at the game’s newest setting, which is different from what fans have come to know.
Instead of taking place in the jungle that fans are used to, this new game will instead take place somewhere that’s much more dangerous than in previous games: Hope County, Montana. Okay, in all seriousness, this new setting could actually work if done correctly. We’ll know for sure what you can do in this new setting when the game’s official Twitter account shows us our first real taste of gameplay on May 26th at 6 AM Pacific Time with the official trailer.
In the meantime, check out a small video showing off a bit of Hope County. With E3 coming up, it’s safe to assume that we’ll be hearing even more of the game from Ubisoft at their press conference.
Welcome to Hope County, Montana. Tune in Fri 05.26.17 to watch the #FarCry5 Announce Trailer. https://t.co/5EuiKQkCPK
