Check Out Darksiders III’s Gameplay In This New Video

So Darksiders III is now a thing, and I for one couldn’t be happier. Shortly after a teaser trailer was released, our first look at the game was shown off, courtesy of IGN.

The 12 minute video, which you can check out below, shows off a very rough look at the game. I by rough, I mean, rough, since this is a pre-alpha build; there’s nothing wrong with that, mind you, but it’s pretty clear that marketing for this game got started a bit too early. Minor gripe aside, it’s nice to see what the team is hoping to achieve with the game, especially Fury’s whip, which as a fan of Castlevania, I dig.

Darksiders III currently doesn’t have a release date outside of 2018. However, it is in development for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (fingers crossed for a Switch version!). Hopefully we’ll hear more about this game at E3 this year.
