Kharazim and Infernal Shrine Added to Heroes of the Storm

Diablo III’s Monk, Kharazim is joining the battle in the newest patch for Heroes of The Storm’s Public Test Realm and will be available to playtest for the next week; along with the newest hero to enter the fray, the Infernal Shrines map has also been added to playtest before being released officially.

Kharazim was first announced last week at Gamescom in Germany at the Blizzard press event. Kharazim is a very versatile, melee character that can play an offensive fighter, or a support fighter. Through his talents, he can choose one of three disciplines, which will affect his overall fighting style – Transcendence will allow him to heal nearby allies, Iron Fists grants him with extra damage, and Insight gives him more utility with increased mana regeneration. Players will have to choose their talent wisely to best fit their situation.

To celebrate the release, Blizzard is also giving gamers that have purchase Diablo III, or Diablo III: Reaper of Souls in the next three weeks the Hero Diablo for free.
