SDCC 2014: ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’ Teased

Two parts of three for The Hobbit movies have been released, the first of which was An Unexpected Journey, and the second of which was The Desolation of Smaug. The third one is on its way, and is known as The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. There hasn’t been much details about it, but today, we did get a very brief 15 second preview of an upcoming teaser trailer. The teaser trailer will be releasing tomorrow, July 28th, and will no doubt be much longer.

The short teaser shows surprised faces on all of the different characters, followed by a short snippet of a big battle. Make sure to check out the short little teaser, and prepare yourself for the full teaser trailer tomorrow! It’s an exciting time for Lord of the Rings in both the movie and game space, as Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor will be adding even more to the connection between the Hobbit and Lord of the Rings story lines.
