Developer of the upcoming shooter Evolve, Turtle Rock and the publisher 2K, both are holding a very limited alpha test in July for the versus multiplayer game. Players interested can sign up now for a chance to be chosen to sample the unique shooter a few months before its final release.

If you want to try your luck at getting into the Evolve Alpha players will need a Windows PC, a working Steam account and live in the United States or Canada. The Alpha test is scheduled to kick off soon, and Turtle Rock is accepting sign ups now. Participants are being asked not to disclose any details on the test since nothing in final.

Players who are accepted to take part are required to take a brief survey about their PC hardware specs, and previous experience with shooters they’ve played. Steam account details and contact information must also be submitted. In addition to the PC alpha, Turtle Rock is planning a separate beta test for Xbox platforms which will be out closer to the release date on October 21.
