This week’s batch of releases invites us back in time, to the year 1765. Ubisoft’s most recent Assassin’s Creed title, released on the PlayStation Vita, is now available for download through the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Marketplace–for your much bigger consoles. As we venture through the States, making our way through New Orleans to New York, we’re placed in the shoes of Aveline–Assassin’s Creed’s very first female protagonist. As the events within the game begin to lead up to the American Revolution, a set of Spanish forces wish to take control of Louisiana–after the French and Indian War, France handed over their control to Spain. But Ms. Aveline, in disagreement with this transition in power, refuses to give up her people’s freedom, and will do everything in her power to stop them from doing so.

Don’t you just hate it when you’re trying to make your way home for an awesome dinner, and then these annoying ass zombies keep popping out of nowhere? Yeah, well, Commando Barry Steakfries definitely does. The evil Professor Brains has launched dozens of undead monstrosities back in time, in order to destroy mankind. But don’t you worry, world, Commando Barry Steakfries, has got your back. But you won’t be just shooting up all sorts of undead beings, you’ll also be taking on ninjas, mummies, and cavemen too! This highly amusing and humorous game brings about engaging fun, as well as different modes for you to show off your super sweet zombie slaying skills.
