SDCC 2015: Warner Bros. Announces Green Lantern Corps Movie

At their Comic-Con panel on Saturday, Warner Bros. announced that that the film previously titled Green Lantern will now be called Green Lantern Corps. No other details were revealed about the film. However, an image was shown featuring a large group of Green Lanterns, so the title change makes sense.

It isn’t yet known exactly how Green Lantern Corps will fit into the Justice League films, which come out in 2017 and 2019. We do know that Green Lantern Corps standalone film is tentatively scheduled for release on June 19, 2020.
