SDCC 2014: Game of Thrones Panel Details, Craig Ferguson Moderates

Game of Thrones will have a huge presence at San Diego Comic Con next week, including a Pop Up Shop with its very own crate full of merchandising. Dany’s dragons are stuck in their private cellar for the time being, though, so they probably won’t be making a quick fly over to say “hello” or anything.

SDCC 2014: Dark Horse Reveals Game of Thrones Exclusives

The Game of Thrones panel will take place on Friday, July 25 inside Hall H and it seems that much of the cast will be appearing. Author of the book series, George R.R. Martin, will be on hand, along with executive producers and show runners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss. The cast in attendance will include Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Maisie Williams (Arya Stark), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark), Rory McCann (The Hound), Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jamie Lannister), Kit Harrington (Jon Snow), Rose Leslie (Ygritte), Pedro Pascal (Oberyn Martel), Natalie Dormer (Margaery Tyrell), and John Bradley (Samwell Tarly). Sadly, Lena Headey, Peter Dinklage and Emilia Clarke will not be on hand since they are off filming other things. At the panel, Craig Ferguson will be moderating. Talk about amazing!

Thursday afternoon in the Indigo Room, at the Hilton in San Diego Bayfront Hotel, fans can have a chance to speak with George R.R. Martin as he sits with publisher William Christensen. A topic on hand will be the Game of Thrones and a new comic series, In the House of the Worm.

For you True Blood fans, many of the stars will also be at Comic Con for their Saturday afternoon panel. Woot!
