SDCC 2013: Watch the ‘Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’ Full Panel

With San Diego Comic Con panel videos still coming out online, we got a hold of the Dawn of the Planet of the Apes panel. Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke and Keri Russell attended, along with director Matt Reeves.

The film takes off from the 2011 Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Andy Serkis, Jason Clarke, Gary Oldman, Keri Russell, Toby Kebbell, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Enrique Muricano, Kirk Acevedo, Jocko Sims and Judy Greer star in the sequel. Matt Reeves is at the helm, with Scott Z. Burns, Amanda Silver, Rick Jaffa and Mark Bomback writing the script.

SDCC 2013: Dawn of the Planet of the Apes Details Released!

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes will be in theaters July 18th, 2014. Until then, you can watch the Comic-Con panel (minus the exclusive footage) below.

Synopsis:

“A growing nation of genetically evolved apes led by Caesar is threatened by a band of human survivors of the devastating virus unleashed a decade earlier. They reach a fragile peace, but it proves short-lived, as both sides are brought to the brink of a war that will determine who will emerge as Earth’s dominant species.”
