With the latest Marvel film Guardians of the Galaxy hitting theatres in just the next few days, Marvel has announced plans to bring the new cast of characters to Disney Infinity, Marvel Heroes, as well as other social and mobile games according to a panel at San Diego Comic-Con today. Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket, and Groot will be hitting the Disney Infinity 2.0 cast as well as the free-to-play MMO Marvel Heroes 2015, as well as a new Spec Op mission by lead writer Alex Irvine making it’s way to Marvel: Avengers Alliance which will be focused on the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy.

New content is also headed to Marvel: War of Heroes in the form of a special raid boss event with Guardians of the Galaxy characters, as well as a new table for Marvel Pinball. Finally, Minecraft on Xbox and Xbox Live will be receiving new Guardians of the Galaxy costumes for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One versions.
