Kingdom Come: Deliverance has hit its crowd funding goal of 300,000 Euro (about $410,000) after only 36 hours. Warhorse Studios, the developer behind the game, launched the kickstarter campaign as a means of good faith to an investor who at least $1.5M in support of the project if it could reach its goal. With still 26 days left and over 12,000 backers already, the project has more than proven that.

Mafia 2 designer Daniel Vavra is the man who put together the kickstarter for the benefit of the outside investor. The success of the title reaching its stretch goal, especially so soon, will maintain the investors continued financial support. On the Kingdom Come: Deliverance kickstarter page, the game is described as a “realistic single-player RPG set in the medieval Europe” and will put the player in a vast open world where they can choose their play style, and how to customize their character. The game will launch on PC, Mac, and Linux in 2015. PS$ and Xbox One will also be receiving the game, though at an unknown date as of now.
