Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z Crashes Through Homes January 28th
Kamehameha! For the first time in two years, a brand new Dragon Ball Z game is dropping. The wait might have been a long, grueling one for fans but Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z is sure to soothe over any pain that being patient might have caused. It’s a good thing that next week the two year long halt officially ends when Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z hits homes. Has the wait been worth it? That is left to be determined for next week, but with Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z comes new features like allowing players to make up a team of four players, as well as team battle and co-op missions. In addition, the title’s battle system has been given extra oomph, transformed from the previous “one on one” approach to a system that centers more on team battle.
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z is said to be the first Dragon Ball Z game that allows gamers to enjoy co-op battles with players from all over the world in Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z’s multiplayer. It has also been teased that a Dragon Ball Z game wouldn’t be a Dragon Ball Z game without legendary fights against humungous bosses on 3D maps. Paired with everything else mentioned above, there will also be plenty of Z fighters for players to choose from, and build their four person teams to their liking with said Z fighters. Once a “dream team” has been constructed – and with individual Z fighters, gamers can customize and improve abilities through cards.
Right now, players are more than welcome to get a feel for the game with the free demo that was previously released. Otherwise, they can endure the short wait remaining until January 28th when Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z busts through doors, into homes, and onto shelves for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita.
