Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter

Time To Get Educated With Harry Potter Courses Abroad

Hogwarts is sending out letters of acceptance, but has the owl delivered yours? If you are a student in CSU San Marcos’ Travel Abroad program, you can pursue your dreams of magical potions, or perhaps even Quidditch during their new Harry Potter themed program.

Collegiate witches and wizards that can spare $5,000 can travel to the United Kingdom, where they will visit landmarks and study Harry Potter-related topics in a classroom setting.

Students will be able to walk out of the course with some useful training as they learn to “identify and assess the similarities and differences between the novels and films and the ways in which each drew inspiration from cultural sites in Great Britain” and “develop critical thinking skills about complex social issues relating to inequality, race, and gender within the context of contemporary Great Britain.”

Students will be pleased that there is an actual broomstick flying lesson as well! Immerse yourself in the art of Wizardry and Witchcraft!
