As we get closer to the highly anticipated release of Fallout 4, a new trailer for the game was released. But unlike the entertaining S.P.E.C.I.A.L. videos, this new trailer is live action. However, much like those videos, this one is still pretty cool.
The 1 minute trailer, which you can check out below, shows a look at live before, during, and after the bomb was dropped, and shows the Sole Survivor (your created character in Fallout 4) along with his canine companion Dogmeat explore the Wasteland, as they take on radroaches and Super Mutants. Obviously, this all stuff we’ve seen done in trailers for the game before (as well as being staples of the Fallout series), but this trailer has some really nice looking CG and makes a few nice nods to what makes the series so beloved by many people such as the Mr. Handy robots and the ads for Vault-Tec Vaults, all of which is accompanied by Dion Dimucci’s classic song “The Wanderer” that plays in the background, a song I myself haven’t heard since my dad stopped listening to his oldies songs in the car.
Fallout 4 is set to release on November 10th for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
