New Chasm ‘Catacombs’ Teaser Trailer Revealed!

Discord Games is getting ready for their upcoming game Chasm, a 2D action plaformer with an RPG twist, by releasing a teaser trailer! The game will feature a soldier who ends up getting trapped in a mining village that he must tunnel his way out of, finding danger and treasures along the way. Players can gather all kinds of things throughout the game to help you survive the enemies as you dig your way to freedom, like weapons and armor or spells. The trailer, though only about 38 seconds, showcases several of the levels and enemies that you will encounter along the way, as well as how the game has utilized the hack n slash elements with dungeon crawlers and action platformers.

Chasm is expected sometime this fall, for PC, Linux, and Mac, though no official release date has been announced. If you preorder the game you will receive some exclusive goodies. Be sure to check out the quick trailer below!
