Naughty Dog Wants 1080p and 60fps for Uncharted 4

Last month we got our first look at Drake and of the setting for Uncharted 4. Many assumed that the trailer was all CG but was later confirmed to be running in game engine. Now today we learn that Naughty Dog is pushing to get Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End to run at 1080p and 60fps. Good news for all those that are looking for a fully next-gen game, it seems Drake will be pushing the limits yet again.

Community strategist Anne Meyer has stated that “let’s see if we can do this and hit it. We hit it with The Last of Us Remastered, so why not stick with this?”

In case you’re very excited for Uncharted 4 and since The Last of Us has gone remastered for the PS4 version, could there be Uncharted updates exclusive for the PS4? Shuhei Yoshida thought it would be great since the team works so well together!

It looks as though Naughty Dog is going to be leading the helm with its graphical fidelity, much like the PS3 era where each game looking bigger and better by a huge margin each time. Uncharted 4 will be launching sometime next year and we hope to see more of the Uncharted 4 action over the coming months leading up to launch.
