Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition Announced

If you were looking to hop into Star Wars Battlefront, but wanted to wait until all the expansions were out before hoping in, have I got good news for you. Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edition has officially been announced by EA, albeit a bit earlier than they may have wanted.

You see, the listing for the game was discovered on Amazon by Videogamer.com. However, not long after that, EA made the announcement that an ultimate edition of the game would be coming to retail this December for $39.99. While EA didn’t reveal much about it beyond that, it was confirmed that this Ultimate Edition will include the game and all four DLC expansion released for the game: Outer Rim, Bespin, Death Star, and the upcoming Rogue One: Scarif. And if you’re wondering why December, besides the obvious Christmas rush, that’s also the same month that the newest movie, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, is set to release.

So there you go. Star Wars Battlefront: Ultimate Edtion will release sometime in December for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There’s currently no word on whether there will be a PC version of the game however.
